The AVA gang’s cover story is as a circus type sideshow in the lower rings. They specifically stay there and rarely venture to the upper parts of the city (the middle ring.) They are only well known in the lower rings, the higher up in the city rings you go the less likely people know who they are. Upper ringers have never heard of them by design (mainly Hazel’s doing.)
